Mesotherapy is a minimally invasive cosmetic treatment that involves injecting small amounts of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, hyaluronic acid, and other active substances into the middle layer of the skin (mesoderm). Mesotherapy is commonly used to, improve skin hydration and glow; Boost collagen and elastin production; Treat dull, tired, or ageing skin. The micro-injections deliver active ingredients directly where they are needed, improving absorption and stimulating skin regeneration and circulation.
Common side effect include mild redness or swelling, small bumps at injection sites, bruising and tenderness. These usually settle within 48 hours
Some clients notice after just one session but individuals vary and some can take up to six sessions (spaced over several weeks) to notice results.
First 24 hours:
Avoid touching, rubbing, or massaging the treated area
Do not apply makeup to treated areas
Avoid exercise, saunas, steam rooms, swimming, and hot baths
Avoid alcohol
Keep the skin clean and dry
First 48 hours:
Avoid active skincare products such as retinol, acids, and vitamin C
Avoid facials or other aesthetic treatments
Use a gentle cleanser and moisturiser
Apply SPF 30–50 if exposed to daylight
First 7 days:
Avoid excessive sun exposure and sunbeds
Avoid laser treatments, chemical peels, or microneedling
Maintain good hydration
