Avoid touching or massaging the treated area for at least 24 hours.
Do not engage in strenuous physical activities or hot showers/ baths for 24 hours post-treatment.
Refrain from lying down or bending over for six hours to prevent migration of the product.
It's normal to experience some mild swelling or redness; this should subside within a few hours to days. Rare side effects include infection, headache or flu like symptoms, numbness, drooping or swollen eyelids and very rarely, allergic reactions.
Results may take a few days (usually 7 days) to become noticeable and can last for several months. Botox may last 4-6 months, but clients can have a top up after 3 months depending on their desired look
Bio/ Dermal filler
Refrain from touching or applying pressure to the treated area for at least 24 hours.
Expect some swelling, bruising, and redness, which can last a few days (typically 5-7 days)
Avoid strenuous exercise and alcohol for 24 hours post-treatment.
Fillers can take up to two weeks to settle into place.
Possible side effects include swollen/ bruised skin, bleeding, lumpy skin and pain. Rare side-effects include infection, abscess, local necrosis, scar and very rarely allergic reactions

Expect redness and swelling immediately after treatment for 24 hours.
Expect peeling, skin sensitivity and itchiness for a few days after the procedure.
Use a gentle cleanser and moisturiser recommended by your provider for the first few days.
Refrain from using make up for at least 48 hours
Avoid sun exposure and wear sunscreen to protect your skin.
Remain hydrated by drinking plenty of water

Avoid touching your skin for 6 hours. Avoid makeup, sun-exposure and washing face for the first 24 hours post-treatment.
You may experience redness and minor swelling; this should resolve within a few days. Infection is a very rare side-effect

Stay hydrated before and after the injection.
You may experience mild discomfort or soreness at the injection site, which should subside quickly. Rarely, allergic reactions and infections have been reported.
